  • Device & browser info — IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URL
  • Cookies & session data — used to keep you logged in and remember your preferences (see Section 5)

  • Operate and improve the Service
  • Send transactional emails — account confirmations, password resets, and notifications you have opted into
  • Respond to support requests
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Email List & Brand Partnerships

Our business model includes making aggregated, interest-based subscriber lists available to brand partners. Here is what that means in practice:

  • We may share your email address the loadout creators you ask questions of, or subscribe to.
  • We never sell your data to data brokers or ad networks.
  • You can opt out at any time in your account settings or by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email sent by a loadout creator

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers — third parties that help us run the Service (hosting, email delivery, analytics), who are contractually bound to protect your data
  • Legal requirements — when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users or the public
  • Business transfers — if we merge with or are acquired by another company, your data may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to the same protections

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you logged in across sessions
  • Remember your preferences (theme, settings)
  • Understand aggregate usage patterns to improve the product
